    Indeed and a fine show he delivered.

    Thanks for the link - I wasn't familiar with him before I worked a bit on the tape (just cutting into tracks). Record was made by Micha who's a lurking fan of your blog and insisted to post a note in your chatbox on the Eddie Bo stuff first ... I planned to have a pre-release party in the Voodoo Wagon ;)

    1. Bo was one of the most under appreciated musicians in popular music in the US. Charley has a couple of great comps of his early stuff. Its hard to gather all of his recordings because he had a habit of just throwing different names to them (see Roger and the Gypsies - Pass the Hatchet), and also was one of the pioneers of self releasing things. The first live tape you posted is a great capture of his latter day performances.
